I love this girl! She's my sweetie. From the first moment I that I held her, I knew she was mine. We connected from day one. I love how every morning, she's the first to jump out of bed. She'll get down and put her paws next to my head and stare at me, knowing that I'm gonna get up to take her out for her morning walk and then I will give her a morning treat and fill her food bowl. I love how she waits at the door for me each morning while Paw Paw stays in bed with his daddy. If I forget something and have to run back into the house, I hear her paws tapping down the hallway. She immediately comes to the door to see what's going on and to make sure that her mommy's okay. I love how she's always by my side. No matter where I am in the house, she's there. If I'm on the computer, she's next to me lying on the floor, or under the desk at my feet. If I'm on the couch, she's lying between my legs, snoring away. I love when I come home from a long day's work and she is jumping up and down, yelling for me to love her as soon as I walk in. I squat down, and she grabs my hands and starts giving me kisses while Paw Paw stands aside until she's gotten her fill. Otherwise she just slaps and pushes him away from me. What can I say... she's a momma's girl and Paw Paw's a daddy's boy. Sadly, he knows the rules. At night, it never fails. When she's ready to come to bed, she hops up on the bed, I lift the blanket and she curls right into my legs and she will sleep like that all night. She doesn't move or fuss for 9 hours. When she gets into something that she isn't suppose to, I know it's her because she looks at me with that innocent face with her head down, wagging her tail... I can't even yell at her most times... it's sick, I know... but again, she's my baby. The one think that she hates is the camera... She and I do not see eye to eye in this department. LOL. As soon as I grab the camera she turns away or runs off... I have to catch her when she's sleepy. She will even cover her face if she sees the camera! If I'm on the computer and she wants my attention, she will jump up and start pushing me until I get down on the floor and play with her. She has no problem demanding attention... and she know's that she will get it. LOL. So... again... I will say, I love this girl.

Wow! we've been in this house for almost 7 years and we have never been plowed because we are on a dead end street in a small community so imagine my surprise when I heard a truck last night on our street. At first I heard it and though, "yea, good luck to whoever thinks that they are getting out..." but then I saw moving headlights and was shocked! Someone was plowing our street at 11:45 pm. I thought to myself, "there is a God!" While Pete was outside shoveling today, he was talking to the neighbors. It was then that he learned that all of our neighbors on our street called the city. Everyone called, demanding and screaming that "we get plowed because there's a pregnant woman due any day on our street." Which of course made me feel good. I actually have neighbors who care! Apprarently when Winnie said "what happens if she goes in labor?" The woman on the other end replied, "call 911." This pissed Winnie off which put her in a screaming fit, "they can't get to her!!" So every one of my neighbors fought for me this year to get the road plowed and it worked. I feel so much better now... I've been so worried about going into labor and not being able to get out... Scary thoughts!!!

OMG, I think it's finally stopped snowing. We have like 3 feet of snow out there! My husband has been out shoveling for hours while I slept for hours LOL. Hey, I'm pregnant remember? So I get the get out of jail free card. (It's nice too. LOL). Anyways, this morning when the dogs woke me up for their morning walk, I opened the front door and they both looked at me with the "go to hell look" they were not going out there...and they honestly couldn't... The snow was over their heads! After Pete shoveled, the dogs had fun running around the car a few times unleashed because they weren't going anywhere anyways lol. They managed to find a small spot behind the bushes to potty. My silly hubby thought he could get the trunk out... and then he came in after trying awhile and says "were not going anywhere" I just looked at him like "duh!" Earlier I was going crazy cause the power cut off a few times and the internet went out for awhile as well... now it's back so I'm happy! Stay room!
OMG, I can't believe how much snow is out there and it's still coming down! My poor furbabies can't even go outside to go potty :( Not sure what I'm gonna do. When Pete gets up, he'll have to go out back and shovel them a spot because the snow is over their heads! Look at the picture of the sliding door vs. them... I know right! Well try to enjoy your day. I'm gonna work on straightening up my scraproom and then I need to finish my baby shower thank you notes and paper.
