All you need to do is leave a comment on one post... you do not need to leave a comment on each and every designer's blog post to qualify. However, the more times you comment along the blog hop path, the more chances you will have to win.

The 5 winners will be announced on Wednesday, April 30th on Zva Creative’s Facebook page. We will do our best to notify each winner, but it's best if you can pop in to Zva’s page on Wednesday to see if you are a winner!

We also thought it would be more fun to add even more chances to win our blog hop prize! To increase your chances of winning:

* Comment to let us know that you posted on your Facebook page about our hop (link to any of the blog hop posts)

* Comment to let us know that you "tweeted" about our hop (link to any of the blog hop posts)

* Comment to let us know that you asked your local store to carry Zva creative products. If they already do, that's fantastic, maybe you can suggest other products that they don't carry.

*Hop over to Zva’s Facebook page and “like” our page or leave a comment there to tell us that you stopped by if you already like us there!

The blog hop begins here at Zva Creative’s blog. Your next stop is Gini Williams Cagle. Enjoy!

Happy Easter!

We had such a great weekend! Yesterday we took Edward to an Easter egg hunt/party at a Yacht club. He had a blast playing with the kids.

Edward looked down and noticed that the Easter bunny had tennis shoes peaking out... and said, "he's not real" with a grin on his face. Sigh... what can I say, I have a smart boy on my hands. But, he still asked him to stop by his house. LOL.

And this morning was the best. He woke up at 8 and went into the kitchen, but I guess he didn't look up at the table... so he came back to bed and watched shows on his kindle until 10am so I could sleep in. Then I feel him get out of bed, so I thought to myself, "maybe this is it...". So I hear his feet padding across the floor then he stops and I hear him gasp and say, "wow"! It was the best!!! He was so excited to find this:

He thought the bunny was so cute :) So did I.

This thing took me almost three hours to build. Why do I do this to myself??? Oh, right... because I'm an awesome mommy.

Lego candy... so cool right?

Little Robin eggs. Yummy. OK, I really meant for these to be for me.

And he really got a kick out of his chocolate air plane. Very cool. It was worth every dollar...
And this afternoon we went to visit Pete's family. My poor buddy was nervous. As soon as we got there he hid under the table. There were a lot of people there. So I got down and asked if he was nervous and he shook his head so I said come out and I will hold you... He eventually warmed up and everyone love him.
Seriously love this shot... he loves the girls. He's going to be a heart breaker.
Ah... LOVE.

It's been a long time since I've worn a dress... but I love this dress. It's so comfortable. And the little man and I matched.

Yep... daddy's boy. LOVE this shot.
He managed to hide again. I wanted to tell him that I knew exactly how he felt...

These guys were so great... they played baseball with Edward for a long time... so fun. He had a blast playing with the BIG kids.

Saw this little guy and thought he was too cute not to snap a picture.

And he managed to escape down to the river for an hour... left me hanging.

All in all, it was a great weekend.

Happy Monday everyone. Today I have a fun layout to share with you. I have to say, the Silhouette Portrait is one of the best Christmas gifts I've ever received. I love it so much. There's so many possibilities with this wonderful tool. I am totally loving the different phrases available in the Silhouette shop. I think I have about 50 in my library. They make the best titles!!

Supplies: Patterned paper: Tags: Vellum die cuts: Chipboard stars, Bling: Crate Paper, Die cut “Playful”: Silhouette.

Let's make our own rain shall we?

So this is what I saw when I pulled up in the drive-way from running some errands... Edward in his spiderman pj's, blue rain boots and an umbrella... He was having a blast running under the sprinkler with the umbrella. He thought he was smart having the umbrella so he wouldn't get wet, but at one point, he was too close and the water shot up behind the umbrella. LOL. He is such a fun kid. I love how creative he is and I love watching him have a blast doing SIMPLE things such as "playing in the rain". LOL.

Cherry Blossoms from Washington D.C.

Good morning friends! I have been meaning to post some photos from the Credit Union 10 mile run that happened in Washing D.C. this past Sunday. My friends from work and I woke up at 4am. to meet on the bus so we could go down and set up our water stations by 7am. This was my third time in five years participating and I really enjoy helping out with this event.

Here are some pictures that I took of the Cherry Blossoms. There weren't that many yet since we had such a cold winter, but they had one gorgeous tree that I snapped up :) And I noticed that they just planted some new trees too.

They finally fixed the Washington Monument after three years...

Here we are setting up water for the 14,000 runners. We had enough volunteers to set up 8 tables. I think. 4 water tables, 4 Gatorade.

Me :)
My very good friend Jen. Love this girl...

And here are the trouble makers all together. I am so lucky to work with these ladies everyday. They make going to work fun.

cool kid

Hi everyone. I decided to get out of bed after two days of being really sick. I came home early yesterday from work and slept from 4 until 8 this morning when I had to get Edward up for school. I managed to get him to school and back to bed I went. I'm starting to feel a little better. My little guy felt so bad for me yesterday because I could not get out of bed. He made me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to make me feel better... I could not eat it, but it was the thought that mattered. And this morning when he woke up, he looked at me and the first thing he asked was, "mommy, are you feeling better today?" Love him... he is so caring...

Anyway, here's a layout that I made last weekend at the crop. I totally love this and the photo is a favorite of mine.

Supplies: Patterned paper: Die cuts: Vellum dies: Stickers: Chipboard star: Crate Paper, Project life card: American Crafts, Pen: American Crafts.
Journaling says: You and Daisy girl had such a great time playing in the snow. She stayed right by your side, making sure that you were okay.
How to: I simply layered several pieces of paper, tags and die cuts for this layout. After the papers were adhered together, I added some stickers, dies, chipboard and handwrote my journaling.
