Happy Monday friends. I've been having fun...getting messy and loving it. While my sister was in Austria, she had her friend snap these pictures of her in the meadow and I fell in love with them... she is such a free-spirited girl... LOVE HER. For this layout, I mixed the Potpourri and Tales & Dreams collection. I pretty much used whatever matched. Lots of yellow, purple and pinks. So pretty!

For the background, I used a 12x12 sunflower stencil from The Crafters Workshop and some ink pads. Then I sprayed some gold mist to cover the white cardstock so that the colors blended nicely. I dabbed the excess mist using a napkin (very carefully) so I would not smear the stencil.

I added lots of layers here... tucking embellishments here and there... I just wanted to make it fun and playful! I used my butterfly punch to punch a few butterflies and added some stamping as well.

I used foam squares to pop a few of the die cuts off the page to add dimension. I wanted lots of depth for this layout.

I used glue to adhere the heart acrylic to the center of the butterfly to make it more playful. I stamped the "Hello Beautiful" sentiment on a piece of scrap paper and tucked it behind the photos, using vellum tape to pull it together nicely.
