Good morning and happy Friday all! Today I am sharing a layout I created using Paper House's Color Wash Paper Pad, Butterflies Washi, Butterfly Faux Enamel Stickers, and the Daughter 3-D stickers.

To begin, I mounted the 7 1/2"x10"  blue patterned paper rectangle to the 8 1/2"x11" base. Then I cut a variety of cut-apart cards to use as the photo mat as shown.

I cut a few of the gold triangles from a scrap piece of paper and mounted them on the layout using foam squares.

I cut the "daddy's" sentiment across the top from the sticker so it would just say "girl" to make i work for my layout. I really liked the ribbon with the flowers so I decided to use it to frame the bottom right-side of the photo. I tucked a piece of torn paper and a blue strip to the side to add a few layers.

I used White Gesso from Bad Girls Couture to alter the look of this 3-D Sticker. Love how much a little white does for the flowers and leaves.

I added a piece of washi to the bottom then rubbed a little gesso around the heart sticker so it would blend nicely with the layout. Then I dipped my fingers into the gesso and rubbed some gesso throughout the layout...

I took a scrap piece of paper then dipped it into the gesso and flicked it all over the paper to add a few white splatters.

Thanks for visiting today! What do you think about this technique using gesso? I love it so much!
