Hello, friends! I'm excited to share my adventures with you! I finally got out to Colorado to visit my sister and we saw all the things! Edward and I had such a great time and we took lots of photos!
I used the Essentials Summer collection with a few stickers from other collections to complete this little gem. This took me a little longer to create than I had initially planned... And it's my fault... I fuss over every little detail! I can't seem to let a page go. LOL, Please tell me I'm not the only one.
I used a collage of photos for the cover of the album and added the summer "travel" sticker to the center. The "sightseeing" label was cut from a patterned paper.
Before I started putting together this mini, I fussy cut a variety of elements from the Essentials Summer paper to save myself some time. I used the "Road Trip" transparent Sticker from the Be Ready Stickers to fill in the white space.
I printed a collage of photos to mount on the journaling card and added a few stickers from the Summer Sweet Essentials Summer stickers.
I love the transparent stickers because it looks like the sentiment was stamped on the photo...and it's not. I'm always afraid to stamp directly over my photos because if I make a mistake, the photo is ruined soooo, transparent stickers are a must for me!
I really love the print on this journaling card. It looks so pretty with the red rock from the picture. It just pops!
I kept this page simple... I used the mountain transparent sticker from the Summer Stories stickers and added the color sticker.
I had fun with this journaling card. I added a variety of die cuts and stickers to help tell my story.
What do you think? Aren't the pictures beautiful? It was an amazing trip and I enjoyed making this little mini album for my sister. It's small, but mighty! Don't forget to check out the Essentials Summer Collection and used coupon code nicole10 to save 10% on your order.
