YOU ARE MY HAPPINESS FLIPBOOK/SIMPLE STORIES

Good morning, friends! This month, Pete and I celebrated our 21st Anniversary! We have been together for 26 years. Not all of those years were easy, nor were they fun, but we stuck together... and we still work together everyday to make our marriage work! Simple Stories' Flower Shoppe collection is perfect for spring weddings, and I decided to use it to document my wedding day! I just love how this turned out and I hope you do, too.

I decorated the front of the album using papers, die cuts, and chipboard elements to add dimension. Isn't this cover lovely? It's so soft and pretty.

I cut the chipboard frame down a bit to create a fun design. The leftover pieces were used for the front of the alum!

I tucked a 4x6 piece of patterned paper in the sleeve and then I mounted the framed photo directly onto the sleeve. Next, I added the "captured" foam sticker to add dimension.
I added a few different patterns to the left-side of the album and popped the "big moments" die cut up using foam stickers. Next, I clustered the die cuts and stickers to bottom of the photo to fill in the space.

I print the photo for the second spread to measure 3x4 and mounted it on a 4x6 piece of patterned paper. Next, I mounted the photo and 3x4 journaling card side-by-side onto the paper and added the stickers.

The flowers and butterflies in this collection is so beautiful. I couldn't have picked a better collection to document my wedding day.

LOVING that cluster of embellishments. It's so beautiful. I kept the photo page simple by just adding the "beautiful" foam sticker sentiment.

I created a flip page by cutting the journaling cards together and folding the page on the left-side in to create the flip. Next, I mounted it directly onto the sleeve.

This is the inside of the flip page. I love that I was able to share all these pictures in this album. We had a small wedding in my grand-parent's backyard, and it was perfect.

Here are a few more pages of the album. Simple, but oh so pretty.
As you can see, I follow a specific format for the album. I include decorated papers with embellishments on the left-side of the album and the photo goes on the right-side. I'll be sharing a reel of this album so you can see how pretty it all looks during the flip through. Check out my Instagram account!

I hope you found this post inspiring! It only took me 21 years to make this album and it feels good to have this little album!
