TREASURED SNAP BINDER/ SIMPLE STORIES

Good morning, friends! If you have noticed, I have been posting less, it's not because I'm scrapping less...I have just been trying to build up my YouTube channel! I have almost 100 videos and if you have not checked them out, please check it out! I have a variety of videos from layouts, mini albums, cards, and art journal spreads! A little something for all. In the meantime, let me share my latest SNAP Binder. I'm really enjoying the 6x8 size...it's much easier and more enjoyable for me.

For today's album, I am using the Junk Drawer collection from Simple Stories. I love this vintage collection and it's absolutely beautiful! I decided to use it to document my favorite photos of me with my husband over the years.

For the cover of the album, I decided to use the black patterned paper with the tiny words so that all the embellishments really pop off the cover. I layered a few journaling bits, chipboard and foam stickers to add dimension to the cover. Next, I added the ribbon.

I cut three 3x4 journaling cards so they were attached and folded the left side over to create a partial flip. Next, I decorated the journaling cards with decorative brads, enamel dots, foam stickers, and die cuts. Those layers are so pretty!

Here's another pocket page spread with more gorgeous layers I added to the cards.

This is one of favorite spreads from the album. LOVING how pretty the two pocket pages look. I created a variety of layers using die cuts, journaling bits, cut-apart tags, stickers, and chipboard.

I created this pocket page by folding the white note paper in half and mounting it to the pink and white stripe paper by using double sided adhesive at the ends to create the folder. Next, I decorated the pocket with a variety of pretty embellishments. Be sure to check out my YouTube Video as I show how I made this album!
I absolutely love the variety of pocket pages in this SNAP Binder. They are gorgeous with the cards and layered embellishments.

I folded a sheet of patterned paper in half vertically to create another side pocket. I adhered the floral patterned paper to the chipboard page. Next, I used red tape at the corners of the folded paper to create the pocket. After that, I adhered it to the chipboard to the far right-side and added stickers.

Here are some small details of the insert pages and large tags that are inside the album. Isn't this gorgeous?!

Here's a close up of the cover, bookplate and behind the cover of the album.
I try to add a few 6x8 layouts in my albums, too. I created this double 6x8 spread using a variety of my favorite photos. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the colors on this spread. This album makes my heart happy. I'll definitely treasure it for years to come.

Thank you for visiting today! If you check out my process video, leave a comment in my Youtube channel and let me know what you think!

Take care,

Nicole
