CURRENTLY HAPPENING

Happy Monday everybody! I decided to mix it up a bit...I created a layout about "me" right now. Just a few random things on a journaling card and a selfie that I took about a month ago using my phone. I love this picture!

I used my Elle's Studio stash again. I still haven't put a dent into my stash, but I am determined to use it. I need to learn how to not hoard my pretty papers and embellishments...I love Elle's Studio products and it's always hard for me to use them up... I'd rather keep them in a nice little box. :) But I'm determine to cut down on my spending so I am using what I have! Go me!

I layered several pieces of journaling cards in the background with just a few pieces of patterned paper to fill in the white space here and there.

Once I completed my journaling, I added a few embellishments here and there. Some of the embellishments were mounted down using foam squares to add dimension.

I cut the "Every day is a fresh start" sentiment from a journaling card and adhered it to the top of the layout using foam squares so that the sentiment would not get loss in the background. What do you think? I love the color scheme! Totally fallish!
