SPOOKY FLIP BOOK/SIMPLE STORIES

Good morning, friends! Happy Friday! Have you seen the Scary Stories collection from Simple Stories. It's so freaking cute and it has just the right touch of vintage, while staying true to the traditional Halloween theme. I had so much fun playing with this collection and I had the perfect photos to go along with it. Warning...if you get creeped out by clowns, this post may not be for you. Consider yourselves warned.

I used variety of Chipboard elements for the front of the cover along with a few decorative brads. I especially love the ribbon! This was my first time using three different strips of ribbon for the album and I love how it turned out.

This 4x6 cut apart sheet is too cute... I just had to include it in the album. I added a few chipboard bats for fun.

I cut 2 3x4 journaling cards so they were still toughing and created a flip page using cut apart journaling elements... I love that pumpkin. I added a decorative brad to the hat to make it pop. I kept the left-side simple...adding a few sticker sentiments and decorative brads. Isn't this super cute?

That ghost paper is super fun and I love the Kraft and black polka dot paper. I decided to use part of both patterns along with the "Best Costume" sticker to create a fun and simple page. For the next page, I used the "Have a spooktacular Halloween" die cut and added a few star sticker and sentiments.

The tags and journaling bits are adorable. I had fun incorporating them to the album in a fun and interesting way.

Seriously, can you imagine driving down the street, seeing these two... lol... they definitely creeped everyone out...but they were quite the pair. They played the role perfectly. I had lots of giggles throughout the night.

The chipboard frames are super cute. I matted the photo behind the chipboard and adhered it right on the plastic sleeve.

You've been warned... I told you there would be lots of creepy clowns. This shot really creeps me out. If you watched "IT" then you know... lol... the gutter scene is a bit much and I almost died when Pete posed for this shot.

I hope you found this post inspiring. You can grab this collection at A Cherry On Top. Don't wait long because I'm sure this collection will fly off the shelves.

Thank you for taking time from your day to visit!

Nicole
