LIFE IS GOOD SNAP BINDER/SIMPLE STORIES

Good morning! I'm enjoying some much needed scrapbooking time this weekend and it feels so good! Today, I'm sharing this 6x8 SNAP Binder I made using Simple Stories' Sunny Days collection. My sister's family just took a little beach trip and I wanted to make something for her!

The cloud print paper really caught my eye as I was flipping through the 6x8 Sunny Days paper pad. it's so delightful and pretty. And because of how pretty it is, I decided to keep the cover super simple, and I decided to just add the foam sticker for the title and leave it at that.
I cut the 3x4 photo down slightly so it would fit on the 3x4 photo mat. Next, I added the chipboard flower. I cut the tag from the tag cut-apart sheet and added a few stickers and the string. Next, I mounted it to the 3x4 mat using foam stickers to add dimension. Then, I cut the "Happy little moments" 4x6 card from the cut-apart journaling card sheet and added the foam sticker dots. Isn't this fun!?

I cut the "fun memories" journaling card from the cut-apart sheet and added the foam sticker to add dimension. Next, I cut the tag from the cut-apart sheet, punched a hole at the top and added the string. After that, I added the butterfly sticker. I left the bottom blank so that my sister can add a photo of her chosen.
I matted the photo onto a 3x4 piece of patterned paper and then added the word stick and glitter enamel dots. After that, I mounted the "Happy Days" foam sticker to the front of the pocket page so it would be see through for fun... Next, I cut two 3x4 journaling cards so they were attached and cut it down slightly so that I could create a fun flip page. I added a few stickers and the decorative brad to add dimension.

I cut the tag down a bit and mounted it to the card. Next, I added a few stickers.

This page is too cute for words. Lots of layers. To begin, I am using the blue 6x8 patterned paper for the base. Next, I cut the pink polka dot paper to measure 71/2x5 1/2". I placed the polka dot paper to the center of the blue patterned paper. I matted the 3x4 photo using pink patterned paper and left the other 3x4 without a mat. I mounted both photos so they were slightly tilting and overlapping one another. Next, I added all the embellishments as shown.
This was a super fun and simple insert page. I mounted the cut-apart journaling cards sheet to the chipboard page. Next, I added the floral foam sticker. My thought process would be that my sister could jot down their favorite things from this summer together.
I totally had fun with this spread. I printed the photo on cardstock in black and white. Then, I cut the filmstrip die cut in half so I could create the fun border. Next, I added the fun embellishments down the page.

Here's a spread I created of my sister with her hubby. Loving how pretty this turned out with the flowers framing the photo. I pulled some orange in from their drinks to make it fun and summery.

And that's a wrap for now...I may add a few more layouts before I give this adorable album to my sister. I hope it inspired you to document your summer memories! Check out this collection through my affiliate link, here.

Take care,
Nicole
