My Creative Scrapbook Layouts for April

Hello, friends! I just wanted to take a minute to pop in here to share my projects I created in April for My Creative Scrapbook! One of the things I love about this kit club is that you can just purchase a kit without subscribing...to get a feel of the kits before you decide to commit! The April kit featured products from 49 & Market's Artful Moments collection and I had so much fun using it to make these layouts.

This is my favorite layout out of the four that I made with the kit. I love all the embellishments! At first glance, it looks like too many...but after awhile...it just grew on me. loving the butterflies and rainbow color scheme.

The laser cut die cuts are so pretty...they are so intricate and beautiful. I just can't get enough of them.
How many butterflies is too many? I always feel you need 2-3 because having just one butterfly seems so lonely.

I used photos from my sister's maternity shoot a few years ago to create this layout. she loves purple and this was the perfect layout for these adorable photos. This layout isn't as busy as the first, and I feel it has just the right amount of embellishments.
More layers...using the gorgeous laser cut die cuts. They really do help with filling in the white space, nicely.
This cluster of embellishments make my heart happy, and I'm not a big fan of PURPLE...LOL. That laced butterfly is so pretty.
For this layout, I decided to use the hexagon patterned paper to frame the photos. I think this turned out so pretty with the butterflies and little birdie along with the small flowers framing the photos.
Honestly, you can never have too many embellishments in my book...I LOVE to play with all the things.

It's the little details that really make this layout beautiful. From the beautiful flowers, and sentiments to the scattered buttons. It's so lovely.
