MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK PROJECTS FOR JUNE

Hello, friends! I just wanted to take a minute to pop in here to share two layouts I created using the June Kit from My Creative Scrapbook! One of the things I love about this kit club is that you can just purchase a kit without subscribing...to get a feel of the kits before you decide to commit! The June kit features products from Pinkfresh Studio's Fresh Start collection. It's the perfect kit to scrapbook those special gatherings with your friends, family or simply documenting your daily life.

I played with the digital cut file this month, backing it up with patterned papers and pretty die cuts! I cut the patterned papers so I could create a fun border. Check out my process video to see how this came together! It was a super fun layout to make.

This cluster of embellishments makes me happy. I absolutely love it!

For my next layout, I decided to play with the patterns. I cut the pattern to create a blank-feel for the layout. It's the perfect technique for the snuggling photos.
The shapes and pastel colors are so soft and pretty.

LOVE the big print patterned paper with the flowers. I decided to cut the paper to use as a nice frame for the photo. Next, I tucked a variety of flowers and other embellishments here and there to bring this beauty to life.

MERRY CHRISTMAS LAYOUT/A CHERRY ON TOP

Good morning, friends. Happy holidays! Today, I'm sharing ways in which you can get the most from your patterned papers. With the help of a bit of fussy cutting...you can create beautiful layers to bring your projects to life. I love playing with layers and fussy cutting little treasures to make my layouts beautiful.
To begin, I layered the floral and plaid patterned papers from the Very Merry Christmas collection from Pinkfresh Studio. I cut the floral print to measure 8 1/2"x11". Next, I cut the plaid print to measure 7 1/2"x10" and mounted it to the floral print so that there is a nice floral border around the layout.
After that, I used my scissors to cut the poinsettia, holly and candy cane from the patterned paper so that I can use them to create beautiful layers on my project. Then, I cut the holly strip from the patterned paper to use as a fun border.
I ended up not using the cut out holly on the tag so that I could fill in the space on the tag with the photo. However, I did fussy cut the presents from patterned paper and popped them at the bottom of the tag with foam squares to frame the tag. I placed the holly border below the tags and added some white pom-pom ribbon to add texture. There is so much to look at on this layout! I just love how festive it looks.
I added ribbon and string to the tags to make them pretty and then filled in the white space at the top using the die cuts.
You can hardly tell that I mixed two different holiday collections together to create this gorgeous festive layout. I used Pinkfresh Studio's Very Merry Christmas patterned papers along with Simple Stories' Hard Candy Christmas papers, Chipboard, Stickers, and die cuts.
I placed the "MERRY CHRISTMAS" chipboard title at the bottom and fussy cut the candy wrapper, presents, and tree from patterned paper to enhance the title.
I hope you found this layout inspiring, and maybe from this point moving forward, you will look at your patterned papers differently! Don't be afraid to cut up your patterns to make them work for you! Thank you so much for visiting today.

LIFE LATELY 4X4 ALBUM/A CHERRY ON TOP

Good morning, friends! Nicole here with a fun little 4x4 album I created using Pinkfresh Studio's Lovely Lane collection designed by Paige Evans. I absolutely love the color scheme of this collection and the embellishments are so versatile. I decided to document my favorite memories from this year so far! I managed to add so many photos and fun embellishments to make this album beautiful. It's super cute and I'm excited to share it with you!

To create the cover, I cut down the floral print patterned paper to measure 5''x5" and mounted it to the center of the album. Next, I adhered the chipboard hexagon stickers onto patterned paper and cut them out to add as accent frames for the embellishments on the cover. I used foam squares to pop the embellishments up to add dimension.

I glued a few floral die cuts on the back of the album cover to make it pretty and inviting.
I selected the chipboard frame that would match perfectly with the patterned paper to create a serene layout. I placed the layered sticker cluster at the bottom right-side of the photo and added a few flowers with a few Pinkfresh Studio drops at the top using foam strips to add dimension.

I included lots of layers across these two spreads. The flowers are so pretty and rub-ons!

More layers of flowers to fill in the white space with a few drops to make the center of the flowers pop. Isn't this collection beautiful?

Here are some fun pages where I used a fun floral frame die cut and banner frame from Pinkfresh Studio to create a fun design. Love how pretty this album turned out with all the different elements. It took some time to create, but it was so worth it!

I filled in the pocket page squares with some of my favorite photos from this year and added a few small embellishments too.

I hope you found this little album inspiring! I had so much fun documenting my favorite memories of 2025! Thank you for visiting today. Click here to see the full collection and to shop through my affiliate link.

BE TRUE TO WHO YOU ARE/A CHERRY ON TOP

Good morning, friends. Nicole here with another handmade card I created using Pinkfresh Studio's Be Fearless stamps, stencils, and metal dies. I have been in the mood to play with my layered stencils...and I have so many beautiful stamps and stencils that I have yet to play with...they were just sitting on my shelf... I tend to buy pretty stamps and stencils and not use them... I'm just waiting for the right time, you know?
To begin, I stamped the flowers using black ink onto white cardstock using my Misti. Next, I used the Be Fearless layered stencils to color in the images. I used Peach Fuzz, Coral Reef, Passion Fruit, Grassy Knolls, and Key Lime ink. After that, I used the metal die to cut out the flowers using my Big Shot machine.
I used the Stitched Circle metal panel to create a fun background and inked around the edges using the Grassy knoll ink. Next, I mounted down the flowers using foam and layered the "Be true to who you are" sentiment onto the card using foam strips.

To complete the card, I added a few gold glitter drops and ribbon. This card was so much fun to make. I totally enjoyed the process...I just love playing with layered stencils! BIRTHDAY HUGS CARD/A CHERRY ON TOP

Good morning, friends! I spent this past weekend making birthday cards, and I cannot wait to mail these out to my friends and family members for upcoming birthdays! I mass produced several cards using the same product, but different colors. This card came together fairly quickly and I'm excited to share my process with you!

To begin, I placed a piece of white cardstock inside my Misti and then I placed the Nothing but the Best stamp onto the cardstock to get the image lined up. Next, I used black ink to stamp the floral images onto the cardstock. After that, I used a the Nothing but the Best stencils, blending brushes and ink to color in the images.
I used created a fun medallion background using a metal panel. Also, to add dimension to the card, I popped the flowers and Birthday Hugs sentiment up using foam. Then, I added the glitter drops to complete the card. I just love how beautiful this card turned out. I especially love the airy look to this card.
Check out my process video here for more tips and techniques on how this beautiful card came today. Please click here to shop for products used through my affiliate link. Thank you so much for visiting today!

LET YOURSELF FREE ART JOURNAL SPREAD/A CHERRY ON TOP

Good morning, friends! Nicole here with a fun art journaling spread I created using a variety of products by Art by Marlene. I just love how fun, funky, and vibrant her products are and I've been itching to play in my journal for a few weeks now. And then I saw that Jess and Rachel were playing in theirs...and that was just what I needed to jump in and play along side them.
I never really have any idea of what I'm going to do when it comes to creating in my art journal. I simply grab a stamp and some paper along with my duo acrylic markers and just start laying down color. Once the background is colored with markers or papers, I add shapes, journaling and whatever else inspires me.

The butterfly stamps were my inspiration for this spread. I picked up two sets a few months ago and have yet to use them...therefore, I designed this spread around the butterflies. I cut the postage stamp paper to create the border at the top and bottom of the first spread. The butterfly was stamped directly onto the page so that I could get the scattered polka dots... and then I filled in the area to add pink and blue dots between the black polka dots.
Next, I stamped the butterfly image on to patterned paper and fussy cut it and glued it to the page. Super simple, but by using patterned paper, I was able to add more color. Then, I added the stamped sentiment, string, and gems to complete the spread. I ended up tracing over the sentiment using the marker to make it more bolder since the stamped sentiment was a little light.
The second part of the spread was a bit of a challenge and it didn't necessarily go as planned... I added the paper and then stamped the circles across the top of the page. I used markers to color in the dots. After that, I stamped the butterfly onto the paper and it was not a clear image so I ended up stamping it on a piece of patterned paper and fussy cutting it out to glue over my mistake. I stamped a few images such as the heart and sentiment. After that, I added a few die cuts to fill in the white space along with gems, and doodling.
Have you played in an art journal yet? It doesn't have to be pretty or perfect! It's just a great way to decompress and just play... Thank you so much for visiting today!  Click below to watch the full tutorial! A lot more went into this process than meets the eye...but in a fun way!

HAPPINESS BLOOMS ALL YEAR/A CHERRY ON TOP

Good morning, friends! I am excited to share this cute little mini album I created for me...but I may end up giving this to my mother. I love this little gem. I've had Pinkfresh Studios' Picture Perfect collection in my stash for a while now, and I thought it was time I put it to good use. Sometimes, I buy collections I love, but I don't really have photos for them yet...so I hold onto them. Also, there's a good amount of this collection in the shop! Be sure to check it out.
This album is clean and simple. Sometimes, all you need is a pop of color and pretty photos to create a pretty album. I used the tags and Vellum Pockets from this collection as a base for my pages. I backed them with patterned paper.

I cut the floral ephemera in half to fill in the white space at the corners and then added the sentiment and enamel dots.
I tied a few small tags together to tuck inside the vellum pocket. Next, I used a foam squares to add the xoxo die cut to add dimension.
Here is a close-up of the vellum pocket embellished with a heart puffy sticker. the "You Are Love" sentiment was cut from the cut-apart paper.
I cut the chipboard frame diagonally to create fun photo corners for the photo. Then, I used foam strips to mount down the sentiment. I tucked the puffy sticker above the sentiment to fill in the white space.

Here are a few more pages. Simple, but oh so pretty. Wouldn't you agree?

I cut this tag from the cut-apart paper and fussy cut the flowers to add dimension. Next, I glued the flowers over the yellow flowers and adding the gems.

A few more tags and vellum pockets. Love these little pockets so much!
I played with these two journaling spreads, which allowed me to use up some of the embellishments!

And that's a wrap! I hope you found this little mini inspiring! I just love how pretty this turned out...and I have decided, I am going to give this to my mom. Although, I want to keep it for myself (teehee). Click here to see all the products used in this album.
