MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK LAYOUTS FOR MAY

Hello, friends! I just wanted to take a minute to pop in here to share two layouts I created in May for My Creative Scrapbook! One of the things I love about this kit club is that you can just purchase a kit without subscribing...to get a feel of the kits before you decide to commit! The May kit features products from Simple Stories' Pink Lemonade collection. It's the perfect kit to scrapbook spring and summer memories!

I love the floral paper paired with the yellow. It's such a great spring layout with all the clusters of flowers.

The foam sticker title was the perfect size to fill in some of the white space at the top, pulling everything together nicely. I used foam squares to pop some of the embellishments up to add dimension to the layout.

For the next layout, I used the sketch for the month as inspiration. I like using sketches because it helps me try different designs and looks for my layouts.

Here is my take on the sketch. I like how everything is clustered together in a vertical line and the main focal point is the photos. 

I really like the simplicity of this layout. It's a nice and clean layout with lots of layers...and the flowers and butterflies are so pretty; perfect for a spring layout.
