Happy Monday! I took the week off from work so I can relax and craft all week. Just spend the week doing the things that I love. I was supposed to be in Colorado this week, but something happened...and I'm still bummed.
After doing several of these spreads, I find it easy to create collages of four photos printed from Persnickety. Thank I place them at each corner of the page and embellish around it. It's easier if the photos are placed down first... I also find it easier to figure out a color palette before starting and gathering embellishments that will go with the colors chosen.
I printed Heidi Swapp's printable on vellum sticker paper and used a few on this spread to help tell my story. Also, if you use a pen, it will NOT smear! It's so great!
At the last minute, I decided to add the black and white heart wash tape along the spread and O.M.G., I love it so much. This washi is my new fave.
Heidi has some really cute embellishments in her shop. This little square pocket comes with a clear circle...super cute and fun to embellish!
I had a variety of die cuts in my stash that I used on this spread. Super pretty!
I also subscribe to Heidi's Stamp Society because seriously, I love her writing...and the stamps are so great! She hasn't let me down yet and I haven't skipped one month since I started.
The fun facts journaling block is a printable... isn't it great?! LOVE her printables. You can print them as many times as you like...and use them for all of your pages. They make great embellishments, especially for your journals because they are flat.
I added the printables onto the photo with the puffy heart sticker and enamel dot. Then, I used a sticker word across the photo for fun.
And here is the entire spread. Isn't this a pretty spread? I'm not normally a pink person...but I'm loving this!
Thank you for visiting today!
