Hello friends! I'm so excited to share my projects with you today. I think they are super inspiring and hope to inspire you as well!
To begin, I splashed green, baby blue and hot pink watercolor ink all over white cardstock and let it sit for about 20 minutes to dry. Next, I stamped the flowers as shown to use as a frame for the photo.
I used alcohol markers to color in the flowers and then placed the matted photo between the two flowers.
Then, I fussy cut the butterflies from patterned paper and mounted them onto the layout using foam squares to add dimension. I glued a tiny gem to the center of each butterfly to make them sparkle.
I added the "beautiful time" die cut with a sticker dot and gem between the two butterflies to fill in the white space.
I stamped the sand castle onto the photo and then stamped the sea shell onto pink patterned paper and fussy cut it out to use as a die cut for the layout. Love how pretty this looks!
To complete the layout, I added a few more butterflies at the top and more stamping!
Seriously, isn't this layout some kind of wonderful? I just love it so much and I can't wait to give it to my sister!
For my next project, I am sharing a fun planner page I made using my personal planner and lots of beautiful products from Studio Forty.
To begin, I selected all of my favorite die cuts from the
Bom Dia and the
So Romantic Collection , chipboards from the
Let's Party and the
Lazy Days Collection. The chipboard is absolutely beautiful and they have a matted finish, which I love. I cut the "Sea you soon" and "Let's Go Outside" speech bubbles from the
Good Vibes paper pack. I love the color scheme in the Good Vibes Collection. It has a watercolor theme that is just beautiful.
I used a variety of
stamps to add sentiments and flowers/butterflies to fill in the white space. Then I adhered the die cuts in clusters at the corners of the spread.
I totally love the summer vibe going on here! What do you think?
