MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK LAYOUTS FOR FEBRUARY

Hello, friends! Today, I'm sharing the layouts I created for My Creative Scrapbook for the month of February. The March kit featured a variety of papers and embellishments from Simple Stories' Take Note collection. It also came with a fun stencil that I played with on my first layout.

I used stencil butter and a palette knife to pull the stencil butter through the stencil to create a beautiful mixed media background for the layout.

I love how pretty the background turned out with the stencil. It added just the right about of patterns and gold.

I clustered a variety of embellishments to fill in the white space. These layers make my heart happy!

I also played with the digital cut file that came with the kit. I'm no pro when it comes to backing digital cut files with patterned paper, but I'm getting a little better! And I just love how they look on a layout.

The colors on this layout is so happy and pretty. I just love it.
