STAY UP LATE

Hello everyone! It's National Scrapbooking Day! If you're a scrapbooker, you were probably waiting for this weekend! This weekend, lots of different companies hosts challenges with lots of giveaways! This weekend, I'll be celebrating with Citrus Twist Kits! If you are part of the community, come check out their sketch challenge for NSD!

I really like this design! Since I scapbook my layouts using 8 1/2x11" I decided to add my journaling at the bottom, rather than the top. But I do like the look of having the journaling at the top! I just thought it might be too much for this layout.

I used papers and embellishments from different kits. I just looked through my stash to find fun embellishments and patterns that would work for this layout. I wanted the layout to have a homespun feel to it so I mixed up the patterns a bit.

I added some foam hearts and a flower die cut at the top. Then I tucked a few tickets behind the photos along the right-side of the photos.

Every night, when I read, Jessica is in this very same spot. She loves it when I read because it becomes our snuggling time.
