POLY-CANVAS ZIP POUCH CREATED WITH STENCILS AND IRON-ON-INK SUBLIMATION MARKERS BY ARTESPRIX

Good morning! I have a fun project to share with you today. I promise you, I wasn't thinking about candy when I created this adorable bag. But, it sure does look like something I bought from the candy store. It's such a fun bag and I had a ton of fun making it.

Disclaimer: "The Crafter's Workshop provided me with products to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own."

I created this adorable bag using stencils and Iron-on-ink sublimation markers. It was super easy and fun to make! To see more on how I made this, visit The Crafter's Workshop!

Once I finished the bag and it has been through the heat press, I glued on some Rainbow Sherbert Candy Confetti to the tiny circles using craft glue.

Then I stitched on a few buttons for fun! LOVE THIS SO MUCH!

What do you think? I'm totally addicted to playing with my Sublimation Markers! I am making things I never imagined I'd make... It feels good to make something different from my norm. Check out Artesprix's products if you are interested in creating fun projects using stencils and Sublimation Markers!

Here is a video to see how this fun bag came together!

ME & YOU

Good morning! Altenew has another fun challenge up on their blog for March and I love the color palette! I wouldn't normally scrap this color combination and that is why I love challenges! Challenges help me step out of my comfort zone a bit... Click here to join the challenge!

To begin, I sprayed some Sky Coloration Spray from Art Anthology onto white cardstock. Once the spray ink was completely dry, I used Art Anthology's Flitty stencil and Altenew's Sea Glass and Bamboo Crisp Dye Inks to create the flowers from the stencils.

Then I used a blending tool to blend the same colors onto white cardstock. Once I was satisfied with the blending, I stamped the flowers over the ink and cut them out. Isn't it pretty. The flowers are from Altenew's Smile More Stamp Set. I use this set often because the flowers are gorgeous!

I really like the blue background on this layout. It's hard to see in the photo, but here's a close up.

I used Altenew's Artist Marker (C002) to color the stitched frame so that all of the colors blend nicely. I sprayed the white ribbon with the Plush Coloration Spray from Altenew. It's been awhile since I used ribbon on my projects! I need to use them more often!

I used Pink Paislee's Bloom Street collection to embellish the layout. I really love the stickers from this collection. The colors are beautiful.

Thanks for stopping by today!

YOU MAKE MY HEART FLUTTER

Good morning. Happy Sunday! I finally got to use my new Pink Paislee stuff that I ordered about a month ago. Loving the floral stickers and butterflies!!! Soooo pretty. The green adds a nice touch, wouldn't you say?

To begin, I used Art Anthology's Granny Smith Coloration Spray to add color to the white cardstock. Then I used a pink pen and ruler to add the border. I used the Narrow Card and bookmark metal die and Blending Buddy tools from Trinity Stamps to frame the adorable photo! I used Catherine Pooler's Lime Rickey to color the card.

I was sooooo sad this week. I completely ran out of foam squares sooooo I cheated a bit. I cut two tiny pieces of chipboard from packaging and glued them together to get the height that I wanted and then I glued them together. You can hardly tell the difference. I just ordered some foam squares and adhesives from Creative Memories. I should have them this week! Yay.

I clustered a variety of stickers together until I was happy with the look. I just love this... Paige Evans did a fantastic job on this collection for Pink Paislee!

Here's a closer look at the embellishments at an angle. Gorgeous, right!?

I added a few gems to the center of the butterflies to add dimension. I wanted a little bling on this layout and this worked out perfectly.

TOGETHER

Hello everyone! Do you ever feel giddy when completing a crafty project? I don't usually get really excited about my work, but this layout has me feeling giddy and happy! This must be one of the longest projects I have ever created on a layout... I worked on this piece for a good two hours...but the end result is totally worth while. I just love it!

To begin, I mixed a little bit of the  Flamingo Sorbet Dimensional Paint with some of the Glass Sorbet Dimensional Paint to lighten up the color a bit. I wanted more of a bubblegum pick background. I used a silicone brush to scrape the paint across the cardstock so the paint was nice and even.

Once the pink was dry, I added a few layers of the Mermaid Sorbet Dimensional Paint across the top of the layout. I added about four layers of the Mermaid paint so the color would be as vibrant as possible. This took time because I had to make sure each layer was completely dry before applying the next layer, otherwise the paint would look muddy.

After the paint was completely dry, I decided to add some of the Vegas Gold Dimensional Paint. The colors look soooooo pretty together! I used the Metal Effects Dimensional Medium and Flity Stencil to create silver flowers at the bottom of the layout.

Since I only had clear jewels I used my markers to color them! They look perfect! Then I cut two hearts free-handed from cardstock and painted them to use as frames for the layout.

Since I didn't have any embellishments that would go well with the colors with the exception of a few stickers I used stamps and markers from Altenew to create the flowers! This took a lot of time, but I enjoyed the process!

Products Used:

Sorbet Dimensional Paint (Glass, Vegas Gold, Flamingo, Mermaid)
Metal Effects Dimensional Medium
Flity Stencil
Coloration Spray: Raider
Stamps/Markers: Altenew
Embellishments: Citrus Twist/Pink Paislee, Heidi Swapp

What is your favorite thing about this layout? I love everything about it!

GATHER

Good morning everyone. I'm sharing another fall layout I created using Precious Remembrance Shop's Fall Colors Stamp Set. I used pretty papers from Pink Paislee and die cuts from Vicki Boutin's newest collection. The die cuts are beautiful. I received some from Scrapbooking & Card's Today's stampler and I think I need to check out the actual collection. :)

I stamped the leaf patterned on kraft paper using brown/pink ink then colored them in using markers. Aren't they pretty?!

I added a few tags at the top to add a few more layers.

I stamped the "hi there! and autumn" sentiment onto the labels. Oh and I almost forgot about the "thankful for you..." sentiment below the photo. This stamp set is perfect for fall! And they are available in the shop! Click here.

A few close-ups of the embellishments. I went a little crazy with the layout. I tend to add stuff until I am pleased with the layout. :)

WONDERFUL

Hello everyone. Nicole here with a fun mixed media layout I created using the Love Coupon Stamp Set. Just recently, I became an auntie and I am so excited. Edward and I are in love with Henry! He is so precious.

To begin, I sprayed white cardstock with pink and tan spray mists (Colorations Sprays) by Art Anthology.

I used a circle template to draw two circles overlapping each other in the center of the layout and then I cut the butterflies out from the patterned paper and mounted them on the layout using foam squares to add dimension to the layout.

I added a few additional embellishments here and there along with some stamped images. Love how soft and pretty this layout turned out.

FRAGILE

Good morning stampers. Nicole here with a fun mixed media layout I created using the Happy Mail Stamp Set and New Day Stamp Set. For this layout, I decided to use bright, happy colors to make the photos pop a little bit. Because these photos were taken in a dark room, the photos were a bit grainy, but I still wanted to use them to share this special memory! Back in February, my sister took Edward to a local pottery place for his birthday. Rather than buy him something he didn't need, she wanted to do something special with him and they had a blast!

To begin, I sprayed the background using a lime green and blue spray inks. Then, I used a lime green and bright blue ink to decorate the background using the splattered circles.

These little splatters are fun. Initially, I was only going to use a few, but then I decided to add a variety, diagonally across the layout.

The little sentiment box is the cutest! I just love it. :)

DSC_3851

I used a few stickers, tags and other embellishments to decorate the layout. I really like the pink with the lime blue and green. It adds the perfect touch!
